Saves 50% developer costs associated with CTP process.

The Vantage Plus system takes the overflow of the developer chemical which would normally go to a waste barrel and be collected for a fee.  The system sends 50% of this overflow directly to the waste barrel and filters and treats the remaining 50% so that it can be reused.  The treated 50% is then blended with fresh chemistry automatically drawn in by the Vantage Plus system, and the processor now replenishes itself from this blend of treated and fresh chemistry.  Therefore the customer benefits from an impressive 50% saving in costly developer and has 50% less waste to be collected.  All this with no effect on the quality of the plates produced.
